Mediation / Fact Finding / Interest Arbitration / Other Hearings

Arbitrator Siegel regularly serves as an interest arbitrator, mediator, and fact finder for the New York State Public Employment Relations Board. Since 2009, he has issued approximately 25 interest arbitration awards and assisted dozens of parties with resolving their disputes at mediation, fact finding, and interest arbitration. Arbitrator Siegel also regularly serves as a hearing officer in cases brought under Section 207-a and Section 207-c of the General Municipal Law and Section 75 of the Civil Service Law.
